These terms and conditions govern your access to the All4Maternity membership and associated materials (“ALL4 Materials”). By subscribing to and accessing ALL4 Materials, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not subscribe to access ALL4 Materials.

Members must provide accurate and complete information, including contact details, and are responsible for maintaining up-to-date information through their user accounts. We will use the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
In case of any discrepancies between the English language version of these terms and conditions and a version in any other language, the English language version will prevail.
References to “institution” and “multi-user institutional” pertain to specific user profiles created for educational institutions. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications for single-user, institutional, or multi-user institutional membership.
All4Maternity HUB access is available to active All4Maternity members.
You may end your membership immediately for the following reasons: (a) we inform you of upcoming significant changes to your membership or these terms and conditions to which you do not agree; (b) we inform you of an error in the price or description of the membership; (c) there is a significant delay in supplying the membership due to external events; or (d) we suspend the supply of products for technical or other reasons for more than 30 days. Except as specified in these terms and conditions, you can cancel your membership at the end of your current membership period.
ALL4 reserves the right to cancel access to member accounts.
Your membership is personal and cannot be shared, given, licensed, or transferred to any other person. You are responsible for all access to and use of ALL4 Materials under your user account.
ALL4 grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to access and use ALL4 Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription. You shall not create derivative works, remove copyright notices, systematically download or print materials, permit third-party access, include materials in other works (except legally permitted quotations with citation), or use materials for commercial purposes.
We may make changes to ALL4 Materials to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, address security threats, or make minor adjustments. More significant changes may be notified to you, and you can cancel your membership if you disagree with such changes.
You agree to comply with our Website Terms of Use, which apply in addition to these terms and conditions. The disclaimers in the Website Terms of Use apply to ALL4 Materials.
ALL4 Materials are provided “as is” and do not guarantee the quality, completeness, or accuracy of information. You should independently verify information and make professional judgments.
ALL4 relies on authors and third-party data providers for information accuracy and does not warrant the materials’ accuracy.
All intellectual property rights in ALL4 Materials belong to ALL4 or its licensors.
On cancellation or expiry of your membership, access to ALL4 Materials ceases.
If your membership is terminated for a breach of this Agreement, access to ALL4 Materials ends.
ALL4 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of ALL4 Materials beyond the scope of these terms and conditions or third-party products or services mentioned in ALL4 Materials.
ALL4’s liability is limited to 100% of the price you paid for your membership.
ALL4 is not liable for events beyond its control.
ALL4 may transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement with notice to you.
If any provision is deemed invalid, other provisions remain in force.
Failure to exercise any right or remedy does not waive it.
This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and ALL4 regarding your use of ALL4 Materials.
Disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Procedure.
This Agreement is subject to English law, and any disputes will be settled in English courts.
